Website data and measurement
The site records page and interaction events in an in-memory data layer so WhatsApp clicks, telephone clicks, form preparation, course-purchase actions, and key page visits can be measured when an analytics account is configured. Analytics scripts are not loaded unless a valid site analytics identifier is configured and the visitor accepts analytics where the consent control applies.
Standard hosting and security logs may contain technical connection information such as time, requested page, device or browser information, and network address.
Contact and enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not submit the entered text to a website database. WhatsApp, your telephone provider, or your email provider handles information sent through those services under its own terms.
Course purchases, enrolment, and payments
The course form prepares a WhatsApp purchase request containing the details you enter. The website does not collect card numbers, CVVs, online-banking passwords, PINs, or OTPs. Payment must be completed only through the separately confirmed secure payment link or verified transfer instructions.
Contact, invoice, payment status, digital-product entitlement, download delivery, attendance, and course-completion records may be retained where necessary to deliver the purchased format, issue a receipt or certificate, prevent unauthorised distribution, resolve a dispute, meet accounting requirements, or comply with applicable law. A payment provider, financial institution, email service, or download host processes information under its own privacy and security terms.
Research documents and datasets
Materials supplied for an agreed service are used to understand and complete that service. Remove direct participant identifiers where possible. Restricted, clinical, financial, institutional, or otherwise sensitive data should not be shared until appropriate handling has been agreed.
External services
The site links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and separately confirmed payment and download services, and loads one responsive library image from Unsplash on the homepage. Opening or loading an external service may provide it with standard connection information. A hosted checkout or bank, Raast, Easypaisa, JazzCash, email, or digital-delivery route applies its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
Where an analytics choice appears, you may use the site with only essential functionality. You may also ask about correction or deletion of enquiry or purchase information held by the institute, subject to lawful, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or necessary record keeping.

Client feedback and publication permission
The feedback form prepares a WhatsApp message containing your name, service, comments, optional project reference and publication preference. It does not send, store or publish your feedback automatically. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send the message.
Feedback is private by default. Selecting “Contact me about publishing a quote” requests a follow-up; it does not authorise immediate publication. The wording and public display name must be approved separately before a quote is published. Contact details and private project references are excluded from public quotes.
To request a correction, withdrawal of publication permission or removal of a published quote, contact the institute through the published email address or WhatsApp number. WhatsApp and email providers apply their own privacy terms.
