Scope and quotation
Website descriptions explain general service and learning categories. A project begins only when the requested material has been reviewed and a written quotation or scope identifies the deliverables, supplied files, milestones, timing, responsibilities, revision terms, exclusions, and fee arrangement.
Every consulting or document-support project is different, so published fixed prices are not used for those services. Self-study PDF products and standard live group courses use published fixed prices because their contents are defined in advance.
Client, buyer, and learner responsibilities
The client, buyer, or learner must provide accurate contact and payment details, the correct file versions where relevant, applicable institutional or journal rules, complete feedback, lawful access to supplied materials, and enough time for the agreed work. The submitting researcher remains responsible for authorship, factual accuracy, source verification, data integrity, ethical approval, institutional compliance, and the final submission.
Do not provide fabricated data, invented citations, confidential participant identities, unlawfully obtained material, or instructions intended to misrepresent authorship or research activity.
Service delivery and revisions
Service delivery timing depends on receiving the required files, decisions, and feedback. Milestones may move when material is late, incomplete, inconsistent, corrupted, or materially different from the reviewed scope.
Service revisions are handled within the written scope. New chapters, new analyses, changed questions, replacement datasets, or work outside the agreed brief may require a revised quotation and schedule.
Service fees, cancellations, and scope changes
The project-specific quotation states the applicable service fee, payment stages, validity period, and cancellation or refund conditions. Work already completed, delivered milestones, or agreed third-party costs are handled according to that written quotation and applicable law.
No website statement overrides a project-specific written agreement. If the requested service scope changes, both the price and delivery schedule may change.
Digital PDF courses and personal licence
The published PDF price covers the named digital course, stated page count and workbook content, and a non-exclusive personal-use licence for one purchaser. The buyer may save the file on personal devices and print a copy for personal learning. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share through a group drive, distribute to a class or organisation, or incorporate the PDF into another commercial product.
The personal download link is issued to the supplied email address and WhatsApp number after payment is verified. The buyer is responsible for supplying accurate delivery details and downloading the file within any stated access period. If the file is not delivered or cannot be opened, the buyer should contact the institute promptly so delivery or file access can be corrected.
Because a digital product can be retained after access, cancellation or refund availability may be limited once a working file or download link has been supplied. Any pre-purchase conditions will be confirmed before payment, and any non-excludable rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Institutional, classroom, library, or group use requires a separate written licence or quotation.
Live group, one-to-one, and institutional training
The published live group price covers the stated curriculum, listed live sessions, and explicitly included learning materials. One-to-one training, institutional delivery, private document review, editing, analysis, or customised instruction requires a separate written quotation.
The exact timetable, time zone, delivery method, trainer availability, recording-access terms, minimum cohort requirements, and learner-requested cancellation or rescheduling conditions are confirmed before payment. A place is reserved only after payment has been verified. If the institute cancels a paid cohort, the learner may select a full refund or transfer to another available cohort.
Any certificate is an institute course-completion certificate unless a page expressly identifies an external accrediting body. It is not a university qualification, academic credit, professional licence, or guarantee of research approval.
Payments and transaction safety
Payment may be completed through a separately confirmed hosted card link, bank or Raast transfer, or an available business-wallet route. Availability depends on payer location, currency, merchant approval, and the payment provider. Processing charges, currency conversion, or bank fees are identified where applicable before payment.
Never send card numbers, CVVs, online-banking passwords, PINs, or OTPs through a website form, WhatsApp, email, or social media. Payment is not verified by a screenshot alone; confirmation depends on the relevant merchant, bank, or wallet record.
Academic, learning, and publication outcomes
We guarantee only access to the stated digital product and the service or live-course commitments stated in the written scope or confirmation. University approval, grades, examination decisions, similarity-system results, journal acceptance, indexing, publication timing, and an individual learner's skill development remain dependent on independent decisions and participation.
Courses and support are intended to improve clarity, alignment, rigour, readiness, and the researcher's ability to understand and defend the work.
Files, confidentiality, and external services
Research material is used for the agreed service or learning activity and should be de-identified where possible. Sensitive or restricted datasets require an agreed handling approach before transfer. WhatsApp, email, video-conferencing, cloud-storage, payment, and digital-delivery providers apply their own security and privacy terms.
